      Good for those who are passionate about environmental promotion. It provides you a platform to do educational work for environmental protection. The working atmosphere is harmonious, good for those people who want to kill time or housewives earning pocket money. To be frankly, fresh graduates should think it twice before start your career here, cause their offer to you is normally 20-30% lower than the market price. Btw, they won't allow you to OT, cause the operation of the centre has to align with the requirement of Environmental Protection Department, you are no doubt will be able to be work-life balance.

      Cons

      No opportunities for promotion. Except for the manager, there are only three positions, and once you get onto the managerial position, you are not likely to leave, and their salary review to you every year would be so little that it won't even competitive to inflation.
