The supervisor constantly demands that you achieve the required KPIs for promotion, treating employees as if they are not human and frequently requiring overtime (more than twice a week) on weekdays and weekends. Overtime compensatory leave cannot be taken consecutively with public holidays. The work environment is too open, with no privacy; anyone can see what you are doing. Requests for assistance from the supervisor have never been successfully met. Some colleagues' appearances can lead to them facing no issues, even if their work performance is poor.
