A great set of people to work with

Pros

The people here are generally the best you will ever meet. Most are very willing to lend a hand when needed in just about any way possible. Also there is generally a sense of great friendship and loyalty to each other. This is something that I h ave not witnessed in any other place I have worked before.

Cons

Leadership has been very shaky for the past couple of years and some decisions have left many people questioning if it is time to move on or if the Company will even be around in the near future. This is also mainly due to the corporate buyout and subsequent takeover of the former client and now parent company. That alone has contributed to most of the churn and turmoil that the company has been witnessing.

Pros

- Relaxed environment - Smart co-workers - interesting problems

Cons

Allows individuals that don't produce to stick around (too many chances). Focuses on meaningless, feel good endeavors rather than producing something to sell. Poor business acumen leading to company being taken advantage of multiple times. Extremely long hours with no real benefit. Lack of transparency / dropping bombshells at the last possible moment.
