Pros
If you don’t care about building a future then this is the place for you! Most coworkers are nice and understand we should all be in the same boat, but management and culture are toxic. Benefits are average, but overall not worth it.
Cons
The business revolves around investing but they do not invest in their employees. Stressful environment with poor direction. Management can be rude and arrogant (mainly middle management). They pretend to work while playing gatekeeper to those who do actually work. They either micromanage or ghost you with no inbetween. HR is unhelpful in resolving issues. No opportunities to advance.
