HR is very well aware of this, several POC employees brought this to their attention, and the only thing that was said, is they understand but there were no changes made at the moment. - [ ] - [ ] Mean girl behavior from senior managers who often say micro aggressions and borderline racist remarks like referring to client employees by the wrong ethnic background. - [ ] - [ ] Racial discrimination and even racist jokes made by senior directors - [ ] - [ ] If you’re POC and you don’t have a generic name used in America and they won’t spell your name correctly and you try to advocate for yourself, they will blackball you. whether it’s not getting promotions, or not being able to get reimbursed for certifications.
