Cons

Future - they have no clue what direction to go in, and each leader had a new idea and restructured. Company instability - 5+ CEOs in 4 years Leadership - it's a running joke, no one stays, and the current leadership cares only about profit Lack of advancement - no advancement paths available Lack of promises - it's always raises next year, or bonuses next time. Overall I did enjoy my time there, but the current state of the company is a mess and I wonder if there is any real future. The technology side of things continues to be one wrong turn after another. And the revolving door of bland horrible CEOs does not help.

I love the people that I work with. They are very amazing individuals who deserve the world.

Cons

- no promotion or raise in general in 3 years (despite being told I’m amazing at what I do) - restructured 4 times in the past 3 years I’ve worked there -over 40 hour work weeks consistently -executive leadership keeps changing

Pay is decent and is the only thing that led me to the job.

Cons

There are way too many to list. This company does not have it's act together. They are a sinking ship and should be avoided at all costs. Most departments are mismanaged and the company spend is out of control. Many positions have been made redundant and shipped overseas for lower wage employees in other countries.
