Great coworkers, although most are leaving or let go... so

Cons

Downward spiral began a few years ago on focusing high level management hires, while removing good workers (or forcing them to leave) that were offering opinions that sometimes went against plans. Plans usually were created by past senior management that weren't well thought out.

Going downhill surprisingly fast

Pros

Work-life balance is good. Most of the co-workers are great.

Cons

Upper management absolutely detached from the rest of the company. Salary is low. CEO is almost invisible and hasn't improved much.
