Pros

I really enjoy my time at Envision. My interview was a nice and smooth conversation and didn't feel like an interview at all. My team is wonderful. They're all very kind, friendly, and inviting. I'm learning so much from this company and my team. They have a robust training program and my team is always willing to take the time to answer any questions. I can't say enough great things about this company so far, and I can't wait to grow with this company.

Cons

At first, I felt like they were just throwing me into everything but I reminded myself that it is a job and you're going to have to learn how to navigate simple tasks on your own. They have plenty of training, which I couldn't be more thankful for. I personally don't like being handheld through every single little step. I have no cons at this moment.

None come to mind except the benefits

Cons

Just terrible. I asked at my interview if they would train me, as in a training program. And they said yes they had a program. They never put me through a training program. Instead, they’d give me instructions over email for a job I had no idea how to do and would get angry when I couldn’t perform. I ended up going way over on expected hours to do projects and running them out of billable time. Got what they deserve if you ask me. They also expect you to do 8 hours a day of fully concentrated work, with a 30 minute break. Too much to ask of anyone. And I have a doctorate. You couldn’t pay me enough to work here again
