Growing company with some growing pains but a lot of promise

Pros

Seems like they've acquired a few companies over the past few years, so it's been exciting to see that. The acquired companies have been very different to the "original" Envision products and services so I think they're shaping up to be a strong competitor in the med comms industry. Managers do seem genuinely interested in their staff's development, even if that means taking another position within the company.

Cons

Invest in your current employees... I joined Envision because they seemed unique to other agencies I interviewed at. Some of the benefits have become industry-standard and bonuses/increases haven't reflected the growth that's being flaunted.

Extremely welcoming team, who remain engaged despite home working and various time zones across the business. You are encouraged to bring ideas to the table, and supported with personal growth. Excellent company benefits and flexibility.
