      Flexible paid time off helps

      Senior leadership will always put the needs of the business ahead of professional goals, growth and development. With the recent changes in leadership, there has been a significant shift in culture from being people oriented to transactional. Long hours and severely understaffed teams result in a complete breakdown of operations. Most team members are not able to stretch upward and growth is severely stunted.

      Unlimited PTO when you have time to take it!

      This company was once a great place to work, but a series of poor decisions over the past few years have significantly impacted its culture and operations. Morale is at an all-time low, financial struggles are evident, and resource management is severely lacking. Employees are expected to remain positive and avoid voicing concerns, as leadership fears that acknowledging the issues will negatively affect others. There is little trust in the leadership team, as they tend to make critical decisions while being completely removed from daily operations and unaware of the day to day challenges. As a result, employees are overworked, stretched thin, and still expected to give 110% despite dwindling motivation and no incentive. Without proper support, clear direction, and an understanding of frontline realities, it is unrealistic to expect sustained high performance or engagement.

      Hello and thank you for your comments. Envision Pharma Group has been successfully offering employees a full benefits package as well as bonuses for the past 15 years. Our packages include heath, vision, dental and life insurance along with a 401k and bonus opportunity on an annual basis. We also have added bonuses that can be discussed once joining our organization that provides additional income opportunity. Our salaries and total compensation package remains highly competitive with the market.
