      Pros

      Emphasis on learning for both personal and professional development Good team and peer-level non-team colleagues, helpful and communicative. Plenty of meaningful work. Flexible work environment - in location, from home or office, and in daily working hours.

      Cons

      New management dismissing trusted colleagues without any reasoning being passed down. Feel that as we are not sales, we are irrelevant to them. The worklevels often feel too high, clashing with the opportunities to learn anything new. Sometimes the work can be a bit monotonous - as end users make the same mistakes again and again... that's a hazard of tech support :)
