Chaotic with no direction by management.

Pros

Everyone there was willing to help me out with questions. That's honestly the only pro I can come up with.

Cons

No direction from management, senior management does seem to favor one over others. The biggest con is the inexperienced personnel they have in place and the lack of taking responsibility for their decisions and inaction. Honestly they need to hire more experienced people in management positions and actually take there advice. Also there is no application support team as there is no troubleshooting of applications rather just follow badly written instructions and do your thing.
