Pros

Even though team members may be spread across the globe there's a noticeable effort to maintain a sense of community. If an open line of communication is kept with a direct manager there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and move towards growth within the company.

Cons

No project management/collaboration software in place; all is done through email, which is inefficient.

Pros

Decent company, good flexibility, amazing and very talented and conscientious people for the most part. Benefits are good and vacation time generous.

Cons

Unless you are one of the chosen few, you will not get promoted. You'll get told how great you are constantly but for whatever reason, certain teams have a vested interest in keeping people exactly where they are. They will tell you for years that a promotion is coming, you will do the role in its entirety and you will still never get the title. Some divisions are better than others at recognition. Everyone I know who has left the company for another agency, even for a higher position, has been promoted again quickly. Somehow Envision knows how to get employees to grumble about, but ultimately be okay with, staying stagnant.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Our Employee Contribution Planning program is relatively new. Each employee should be working towards the goals they put forth in their ECP and these should be reviewed every 6 months to track progress and career progression. We have put this program in place to ensure our employees growth within the organization. One of our goals in Employee Solutions for 2021 is to ensure each employee is setting an ECP and reviewing this after 6 months. Again thank you for your candid feedback and we encourage you to continue to share!
