      Pros

      It’s so bad, I knew very quickly it isn’t a place anyone would want to work long term. Makes the decision to leave very easy.

      Cons

      Management has unrealistic expectations on quotas. Work staff is demoralized, under paid and severely over worked. Management does a poor job with budgeting and then demands more from an already exhausted work force. No incentive programs. No growth opportunities for techs (they want the techs to stay exactly in the same place). The list goes on…

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity for growth, the leaders listen to their employees, techs and PSR's. You are allowed to run your centers as you see fit as long as it aligns with core values.

      Cons

      A lot of in office time and less remote time to catch up on time sensitive items.
