      Numbers and Money are very important to them. I do tasks that are not related to my license. (Sales)

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity for growth, the leaders listen to their employees, techs and PSR's. You are allowed to run your centers as you see fit as long as it aligns with core values.

      Cons

      A lot of in office time and less remote time to catch up on time sensitive items.
