Although growth is a natural part of any company, sometimes it feels like the company is growing too fast. This constant change can make a job feel continuously stressful, due to all the change.

Please feel free to connect with your HR team should you find that you need support navigating PTO and sick leave requests with your leadership. As employee owners, we voted on an additional benefit available to employees. This was a separate bank for sick leave, that accrues throughout the year.
