Pros

The positive attitudes of leadership are awesome and make for a really pleasant work environment. As long as you show up to work on time, do what you're supposed to do, take feedback with a positive energy and strive to grow as a person, this company is amazing to work for.

Cons

We work remotely so it does feel a little "disconnected" sometimes, but the Lync rooms and team chat's help to keep everyone connected.

Pros

Pro: Will promote from within if they like you. They will also try to have a fun culture. But that little bit of effort doesn’t make up for the toxic environment. The assistants will fetch you coffee. If you like Kirkland and Hobby Lobby decor then you will love the walls at this place. If you have little experience but a smile and male, you have a better chance of moving up. Knowing how to do the job is not important.

Cons

This is long but I am addressing four serious issues with this company. Quality of work does not matter. They promote people that are completely unqualified for the position. They prefer people that smile a lot than actually have the skills to do their job. And if you bring this up you will be considered negative and it will reflect badly on you. I have also seen them hire for personality alone instead of talent and ability. There is no organization or time management. They say they want to change but they do not. They are set in 2002. It is borderline chaos. And they will get rid of anyone that points out how inadequate they are for their leadership positions rather than grow, change, and learn. Management is a joke and prefer yes-men (and I mean men) than people who want to be honest and do a good job. Women are for coffee, notes, and decorating. You will never be part of the club. The way women are treated is atrocious. Women are yelled at and berated while men enjoy the boy’s club. They will speak over you. Women are less likely to move forward and be paid fairly because of the boy’s club. It is a big problem. They will push the ESOP on you like it is your ticket to retirement. That is IF the shares are worth something. Due to joint ventures and growth it probably won't be. So far the company’s shares have been worthless and the company is being investigated. The reality is that the company couldn’t be sold easily because of the joint ventures the majority of the centers belong to. Envision has unfavorable splits. So they sold the company to itself. I like to say I learn a good deal with each job but this place only tested my patience. I worked for corporate and cannot speak to the imaging centers. Half of corporate is located on the Focus on the Family campus which also reflects their values.

Pros

The Radiologists are respectable and professional to work with.

Cons

Purposely overbook schedules.requires work through lunches and staying late most days.Micromanaging. Management never expresses appreciation or gives verbal praise. The only things communicated are negative. Personal agendas in the workplace and lack of professionalism from upper management. Lack of team effort between front office staff and technologist ,that management encourages. Management places the number of exams over patient care, or quality exams every time!
