      Cons

      Terrible team lead, she is so afraid you might know more then her which makes it so difficult to get your work done. Accounts go around and around. The team lead is also the training. She just throws you in there without explaining anything to you and how dare you question her. Manager is never there and the lead and manager are friends so....
