Very driven people who are passionate about what they do. Snacks.

Cons

Unrealistic goals and timelines. This company has the basis to do well but they continually get in their own way. There are a lot of smart people who work here, who often leave after realizing their view really doesn’t matter. Company decisions and process are really funneled through a few individuals. Very tight deadlines and constant change makes evaluating effectiveness of decision making difficult.

City pay in rural areas Good upward mobility and a company that can help get you into some other better job at a better company.

Cons

Micromanaging executives, you might as well not speak. Due to high turnover and no structure, lot of seemingly unqualified people in the organization and if you try to do things properly or produce high caliber work it won't make sense to anyone else. Better off just making friends and collecting favors to get stuff done.
