Pros

The benefits with AA are great and definitely has the best standby system. Small group of crew members so you’re likely to work with someone twice. The 175 is a nice airplane.

Cons

Right now they can’t keep flight attendants mainly because they’re on reserve for years. The new contract is a joke concerning pay. Overworked and under appreciated. Union doesn’t back up the employees. Management treats flight attendants like children. Ask yourself why they’re offering a sign on bonus...red flag!

Pros

You basically work only when airplanes are on the ground if you are a ramp agent and you could be outdoors which is nice when the weather is beautiful. The flight benefits are amazing specially if you like traveling in US where you pay nothing.

Cons

Obviously, the pay could be better and specially if you know this company makes millions on profit.
