      Pros

      When you are on reserve, you have a lot of free time, so you can study something while you are seating at the airport o stand by. At the end of the month you pay check is around 1100.

      Cons

      The company is going down, Miami is closing at the end of the year, then New York will close. The Flight Attendants Union SUCKs The company promised a lot but don't do it at all.

      Pros

      Flight Benefits are good awesome coworkers and supervisors.

      Cons

      Working in Envoy you will have the opportunity to meet very prepare and professionals coworkers and many of then American Airlines don't give the opportunity to transfer to the main line so if you want work for Envoy for transfer later to AA DON'T DO'IT YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.

      Flight benefits that are getting worse. Standby is impossible with how full flights are now a days

      was one of 3 employees out of 26 that were cross trained between ramp and counter and baggage claim and gate. I got paid the same as some lazy people who only threw bags
