Pros

You can make a lot of money if you sell sell sell.

Cons

Pays $9 an hour. Very Stressful, upper-management is all about micromanagement, and you get decommission for almost anything.

Thank you for your review! We do believe that our compensation structure is set up similar to our industry competitors and like you said, you can make great money! Our intentions are always to ensure our team is fully trained and expectations are clear, certainly not to micro-manage. Thank you for sharing your experience, we wish you the best of luck!

Pros

One can make their own schedule, friendly staff, free gym membership, and they don't micromanage the trainers.

Cons

Cronyism was my biggest turn-off. No base salary. $8.25 per 1/2 hour session of training, and their 1/2 hour training sessions run from $45-$49 depending on how many times the client wants to meet w/ you... that's expensive for most people. No structure. I couldn't sense that the trainers cared about their clients. I was told by one trainer that training was simply, "pumping blood into the muscles". Yes, but no: not all muscles are the same and one needs to realize that there are optimal training parameters for different goals. One doesn't get much benefit from lifting a load 25 times and still leaving 5 reps in the tank per set (you know who I'm talking about).

Glad to hear that you enjoyed the flexibility, staff, and free membership! However, I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with your compensation - we do believe we are offering competitive pay relative to our industry competitors. We are always looking for ways to improve our customer service and appreciate your feedback. Thank you for sharing your experience, we wish you the best of luck!

Pros

There are no pros about this company, so I'm not going to lie.

Cons

It's such a stressful and rude environment. They treat their employees horrible! If you try to tell them something to better their company, they tell you to quit.
