I just recently got promoted to Member Experience Manager and they aren’t even paying me the correct rate. I’ve already brought it to the attention of my Operations manager, my district leader, payroll, AND HR and there is literally no sense of urgency to get it fixed and lots of excuses. They thrive on cheap labor so it doesn’t surprise me that they’re in no rush to fix my pay rate. They don’t care about your well being, and they see you as easily replaceable. A lot of this company's policies are anti consumer and you’ll have a lot of people upset with you over stupid rules and policies that you can’t control. They continue to push selling memberships even though 90% of their locations are incredibly overcrowded. This company only cares about one thing, MONEY. There are similar jobs with better pay out there, you’re better off going with those
