Pros
The company has this “be your brothers keeper” mentality and the supervisor is always making sure the employees got home safe. This makes it seem as if they care about their employees and their safety when they truly don’t.
Cons
I was talked down to by my supervisor and my position was threatened when I informed the company of fear for personal safety. Someone answered the door with a gun, customers pleasuring themselves over the phone during conversation, I had to get into someone’s car to complete an inspection, and a small dog latched onto my leg. After bringing up concerns, they said “other people can do this job” and had no care for my safety.
