      Pros

      The opportunity to travel around utah every day to do tests has been great. The ability to take time off when needed is also great. The work is satisfying and I get to meet new people!

      Pros

      Epic is incredibly flexible with the work schedule. They do whatever they can to allow you to maintain a work life balance with multiple options to enjoy family and still meet deadlines. Also they are constantly evolving and growing into various areas depending on the interests and skills of the team. Epic is more than a sterile work environment, it is dynamic and interactive. The other staff are great and there is a feeling of empowerment from management and flexibility that make this place great.

      Cons

      IT is an area that they have struggled with but have recently made some leaps in that area to promote a new culture and change this weakness into a strength. While its still an ongoing process, the outlook is very good.
