Pros

You get to work with amazing people and the products are pretty amazing

Cons

The TA Leadership was the most toxic I have ever worked for during my career. There were no opportunities to grow, communication was very limited and the top leadership in TA could be nasty to people they didn´t like. From a broader HR perspective, top leadership would be pretty toxic there as well and they would allow and even encourage toxic behaviour from TA Leaders. This is the absolute worst company culture I have been in but I am referring to the HR/People team because other disciplines might be ok.
