Company allows mobbing and toxicity

Pros

Salaries and working conditions are good, although a lot of perks disappeared in the last few years. Projects can be very interesting.

Cons

They won't even blink on a sign of mobbing and toxicity - they force bullied people to leave, and they keep and even promote bullies. Incredibly toxic and dishonest environment.

Pros

Great Environment, Flexible Working Hours, Option for Both Remote and On-site Work, Office and Outdoor events and activities

Cons

The Salary is good but not competitive for a Studio that is leading the Gaming industry. Like people would easily get double to quadruple salary offers if they give this many years to freelance services in arts or if they get hired remotely from companies outside Pakistan. Many of our talented colleagues left the company for this reason only. People are staying here because they have not yet find a better offer, which talented artists always get in some time. And also, because Epic games has a good reputation.
