Pros

- fantastic health benefits - well-known company - professional development budget

Cons

- Unrealistic and uncommunicated expectations - extreme lack of resources - micromanaged and condescended to one minute, then left stranded the next. No support from upper management - Zero effective onboarding - Lots of mistruths and constant changes of focus

Pros

Benefits are amazing, best I've ever had.

Cons

The company is a bit chaotic right now as it figures out the future of Fortnite and how the rest of the company's priorities stack up.
