Pros

Benefits are amazing, people are amazing, job is fun and rewarding.

Cons

They are like many tech and gaming companies more focused on their bottom line it seems. You are extremely expendable and the job has 0 real security.

Pros

Superb naturally inclusive culture without any noticeable bias unlike other firms (it's not about ticking the boxes such as having a DEI Manager but about walking the walk). Great rewards and bonus system which is why nobody wants to leave.

Cons

Friends kids always asking for free swag !

Pros

The people are awesome and the company culture encourages working as a team. The salary, benefits and bonuses are fantastic.

Cons

Can be a bit fragmented and tricky finding the right people to help if you are working on functionality from another part of the Engine. The products (UE, Fortnite) are huge which can make working practices a bit frustrating.
