Pros

-Pay/benefits are absurdly good -Working with some of the most talented people in the industry

Cons

-Infinite growth mindset that really churns people, with management squeezing as much as they can from employees -Really feels like Epic is focused on quantity instead of quality as of late

Pros

- Exceptional pay - Prioritise personal development of their team - Lots of benefits - Pro WFH. - A desire to making the industry better for the devs (honestly!!) - Desire a no-crunch policy

Cons

- Golden handcuffs - Sometimes confusion/lack of clarity in their actions/direction - You best like Fortnite!!
