Pros

Highly innovative company that provides outsized rewards to its best ICs and managers.

Cons

If you're precious about your particular project, beware: the company can turn on a dime and throw months or years of effort out the window. If you're not at the forefront, or if external conditions change, and you can't adapt, you will not be happy.

Pros

Get exposure to enterprise software from the beginning of the internship.

Cons

Low salary compared to industry standards. No sense of family inside. No work life balance. HR is a joke. All the talented people are moving out.
