Epic's overall package is excellent . Especially their medical benefit is the best you can get in the country.

Cons

You will need to be technically very strong to be successful as things change quickly and you will need to adopt fast to new tools and technologies .

Some of the best comp and benefits in the business. Everyone working there is top talent. Executives are down to earth and have active participation in all products.

Cons

Poor strategic planning has cost them dearly recently. Being behind the ball on identity protection laws was chief among these mistakes. Often times speed seemed to be prioritized over product quality which created a confusing culture around crunch,
