Pros

Decent training and pay. Fun campus layout.

Cons

They reward forcing employees to work overtime and take on more work than is fair. They burn folks out and miss the mark on basic management principles taught in intro MBA classes (ie rank systems, lack of manager accountability, etc.). Experiences can be good if you're lucky enough to get a good TL (manager). Most of the very tenured ones (10+ years) are too busy themselves and have performative empathy. Some teams like MyChart and Cupid had the most incompetent TL-TLs, but they're untouchable due to tenure, despite credible feedback.
