Pros

They say getting thrown in the deep end is the fastest way to learn, and they are dead right. When you work here, you don't just learn fast, you learn how to learn fast. Its a great job for someone right out of school.

Cons

They focus on hiring students who have not set the personal boundaries for work life balance as of yet, The goal is to squeeze as much work out as possible without hiring more employees. They literally have a shortage of offices.

Pros

Good pay for the area, experience largely depends on where you are staffed;

Cons

Automatic promotions to management positions means that there are many poorly-trained managers which can make the work experience chaotic.
