Pros

Interesting work, great coworkers, great food, beautiful campus, and you work independently

Cons

Long hours, high amounts of pressure from management to overwork and overcommit yourself without adequate support. 45 hour weeks are the minimum if you don't want to get forced out, and you're encouraged to do more like 50-60 without overtime or additional benefits. Literally 0 opportunities for work from home even though the work is fully remote and you can go full days without talking to another person face-to-face. The job has poor work life balance, but some people are fine with this

Pros

Good pay for the area, experience largely depends on where you are staffed;

Cons

Automatic promotions to management positions means that there are many poorly-trained managers which can make the work experience chaotic.

Pros

Incredible Internal Learning Materials for every coding language and technical skill Smart People Growth Opportunities

Cons

You must be willing to work 60 hours a week for several months per years as you pick up the slack of the last group of quitting summer hires.
