Smart people, great food, beautiful campus, competitive salary.

Cons

Horrible work-life balance. Micro-managing from managers, detailed daily workplan to minutes. Managers don't care about your long-term career plan. They just use you as labor and expect more and more output from you. If you give them an inch, they push for a mile. Old tech stack which won't help with your next career moves. Basically the longer you stay at this company, the less chance you'd be able to find your next job. Terrible response to the pandemic.

It ought to be working for a good cause, but every doctor I've ever talked to hates their software.

Cons

Ethical Misconduct, Micro-Management, Cult atmosphere, extreme uncompensated overtime. I'm even scared to write this review in fear that they hunt me down (I think it's been long enough since I was there that they won't find me). There's no such thing as leaving on good terms. Their business model for hiring is to find new graduates who don't know any better, strip them of their humanity, and those that survive the process will stay there for life, never allowed to leave. I left on my own terms out of principle
