Pros

Good salary Good people Good work experience

Cons

Epic prides themselves on retention strategies like good culinary and offices instead of cubicles but they are very anti remote work. They rolled out their work from home policy in December 2021 - every employee gets 5 days a year to work from home. What a joke. We gave feedback in Q1 of 2022 that that wasn't enough and they just ignored it. We lost a lot of experienced people in the last few years and those of us who are still around are just bearing the burden, at least until we can escape despite the ridiculous non-compete they have (which I hope is banned soon).
