Pros

Intelligent, hard-working co-workers, challenging work.

Cons

Out of touch leadership, draconian policies, no reasoning behind decisions other than the whims of Judy. Terrible understanding of DEI. Actively went against public health guidance during the pandemic.

I worked at Epic for a short while. They have good food, nice campus. Also you get to know about healthcare industry

Cons

Too long hours. Technology they use is outdated. If you want to work on new interesting projects I would suggest looking elsewhere
