Pros

The people are phenomenal - smart, hardworking, supportive, creative. The job has a lot of flexibility and you're able to carve out your career path. There is a lot of travel involved, which can be a pro or a con depending on your perspective + life situation (i.e. married with kids versus not). The job is never boring - each day brings new challenges and you're constantly learning. Good job for right out of college - they will teach you everything you need to know to do your job well.

Cons

Work life balance is hard, especially in the beginning before you understand how the system works and can support the customer efficiently. Requires you to be the best advocate for your time and opportunities - things will not be handed to you unless you ask for it and prove yourself.

Pros

Incredible Colleagues Ability to travel Quickly can earn the autonomy to make important decisions for the company and your customers without overbearing bureaucracy

Cons

Not good for people who cannot self-regulate work-life balance Not good for people who aren't comfortable without all the answers. No one is telling you what to do every step of the way. (requires self-starters and problem solvers)

Pros

There are so many different opportunities within the company for roles and responsibilities based on your interests. For all the flack about working you hard (and they do), they compensate you for every minute of that hard work.

Cons

My one complaint about the company is the fact that a manager (what they call a team lead at Epic) can make or break your experience and career there. I've been fortunate to have great ones, but I've seen so many great employees leave because their TL became a barrier to their success. Being great in one job role at the company does not make these people great managers.
