Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth, by learning multiple applications with compensation provided accordingly. Good emphasis on thorough training before putting you out there with the customer. There was also a good opportunity to get involved with projects outside the scope of your day to day support responsibilities (i.e. helping with other go-lives across the country).

Cons

Fairly long hours required, depending on what's going on that particular week. Granted TS'ers would not be required to work as long of hours as IS'ers, but the hours were still demanding. Work life balance was a bit strained at times.

Pros

Excellent pay, high level of transparency, and great team environment. The experience is invaluable if you want to stay in Healthcare.

Cons

Work-life balance is abhorable. I quit after 3 solid months of +70 work weeks. That's no way to live.
