Pros

The health benefits are great. "Local" restaurants are inaccessible from the work campus, but the cafeteria is excellent for all diets.

Cons

Epic hires kids fresh out of college and works them to the bone. This creates a lot of turnover because the work conditions suck, they push you to work more than 45 hours/week, and the company refuses to solve problems that make the job/working environment harder than it needs to be. So employees quit, but Epic doesn't change and just entices new kids with above average pay. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and find another job. To top it all off, Epic uses a programming language that no one else in the world uses, so any hard technical skills you pick up won't be transferrable to another job.
