Pros

For someone right out of college, this is a great place to grow and gain real skills working in tech. The compensation is great and there are no concerns about layoffs. You also have opportunities to advance but only so far unless you're in for the long haul.

Cons

Be prepared for 45-50 hour weeks. Your experience will also vary wildly based on role with more customer-facing roles typically seeing higher burnout. Some people like the culture others find it a bit much. I fall somewhere in the middle.

Pros

Learned some soft skills to find a different job. Potential to travel to a good location if you are lucky. Culinary team makes decent food.

Cons

55-60 hours a week expectation. Burn out expected within 1-2 years. Leadership does not listen to employees especially regarding snow days and remote availabilities. In office every day and need for work on weekends. No compensation for overtime and measly raises compared to the past.
