Pros

I absolutely loved my job. I would not have left if I recognized at the time what truly unique opportunity this workplace provides. It's a little city of its own and everyone is incredibly intelligent and hard-working. I really miss it.

Cons

Turnover, little bit lower pay for this position, and sometimes workload. Not too bad.

Pros

Pay is good for the area Good benefits Interesting campus Amazing food (like restaurant quality - the culinary team is incredible) Challenging work that can often be interesting to dig into for the technically-minded

Cons

Your experience can vary widely depending what team you end up on - some teams are dysfunctional and always behind on projects (or managers accept too many projects), and you will be expected to work well beyond 40 hours most weeks Culty atmosphere - the campus can be fun, but sometimes it feels like you're living in the "company town", and you should be devoting your life to this job Poor labor relations - During my stint the threat of numerous class-action lawsuits by workers led to the company imposing a mandatory binding arbitration agreement, the legal enforcement of which they took to the US Supreme Court and won
