Pros

I love the culture, campus, people, and work.

Cons

They undervalue their employees in terms of salary. The benefits are pretty good (healthcare plan is amazing), but they underpay.

Pros

- culinary is great - pay is getting more competitive with other bigger tech - mentors can be super helpful - decent amount of training to get you up to speed if you need it, and paid well while doing it - really good long term benefits - can see genuine feedback and outcomes for customers

Cons

- a bit "culty" - work from home is more flexible but still could be more - only one campus in WI and frankly not many people from around the country dream of living in WI for the rest of their life - limited number of programming languages across teams and apps - if you aren't super passionate about healthcare a lot of the internal propaganda gets old fast (there is definitely a lot of variability based on team and app)

Pros

Good pay, lots of experience and opportunities for growth, fun campus, lots of perks

Cons

No WFH, tight deadlines, terrible training, disorganized resources and file management that makes it impossible to effectively do your job
