Pros

-I successfully broke into the tech industry and now get interviews for other tech roles. -I learned basic project management skills and got some experience working with software. -All of the employees are super intelligent, kind, and willing to help. -Every day brings new problems to solve, so work never felt overly repetitive. -Excellent compensation for high performers!

Cons

-Work-life balance is very poor. If you ask your supervisor how to balance a tough workload, the answer is usually to work late at night or on the weekends. -Due to being chronically understaffed, you will be expected to take on responsibilities that should be shared between multiple people. -The CEO holds mandatory monthly meetings to ramble about her personal political views, give grammar lessons, and humble brag about her expensive vacations. -The work from home/remote policy is only 5 days a year.

Pros

Good salary for anything other than QA or Tech Comm. Growth opportunities, team flexibility, food on campus.

Cons

Leadership is stuck in the past, no WFH, luck of the draw with direct managers, you are disposable and they make sure you know that.
