Pros
Pay and benefits are great, and you can make this job what you want by focusing in on projects that are interesting to you. Tenure does not limit your ability to grow or become the expert over an area. I've grown a lot professionally and personally through my experiences here.
Cons
It's easy to get overworked and burnt out. The company follows a lean staffing approach, which means everyone is always stretching thin. They have the largest hiring goal yet for 2022, but don't put resources toward seeing why people are leaving. WFH options are virtually non-existant.
