Pros

The cafeteria food was really good. The health insurance is good.

Cons

You are expected to work long hours and wear many hats while being paid very little. There is no transparency into how your performance affects your raises and pay. Your raises are determined through a ranking process and so everyone is constantly on edge trying to be popular with others so they can get a raise. There is no work from home flexibility and you get little time off. If you have work experience between college and working for Epic, they will not compensate you for it - you will have the same starting salary as someone fresh out of college.

Pros

Great benefits, awesome coworkers, decent on-campus food

Cons

In person 5 days per week, high expectations, low pay compared to other divisions within the company, undervalued/recognized by other roles within the company, horrible parental leave policy
