Pros

You learn a lot and have numerous opportunities to learn, the people are great and willing to help you grow, compensation is good for the cost of living

Cons

Expectations are high and you are expected to try to exceed them, very limited work from home flexibility even on sick or snow days

Pros

The best reason to work at Epic by far us the people. I never met so many intelligent people

Cons

Culture can be overwhelming, If things are going wrong, they are going to expect to figure why and come up with a solution. The problem is that things are always going wrong

Pros

Fellow employees are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Knowledge gained is hyper-specific to Epic. Not many transferable skills. The skills other employers look for will not be gained working at Epic. The company is comprised of recent college grads as they do not retain talent
