I have fantastic six and half months experience in Epicor Retail as Channel Manager in Asia because of: - Very nice people, I can be encouraged by the team and manager with professional background and the great team work. - Very nice culture, relax but creativity, not very agreesive but perfect and detail driven. - Excellent product & Solution with great customer base and best prectices. I always feel exciting working in this great team with the happy work, bright future and big potential...
Cons
Epicor retail is very new is Asia market, the influence and resource in this market is not as good as North America market.

Pros
The only good reason to work for Epicor for me were the opportunities on a global level; I was told that the sky was the limit, although that proved untrue. The benefits were decent and the trip to Vegas was an ok time.
Cons
The entry level positions do not pay well; they mislead you about the commissions. There is a lot of misconduct that goes on; I would rather not elaborate. They don't value their employees, they would rather cut employees to try to band-aid a poor quarter instead of invest in better sales/marketing techniques. Management is untouchable. The entry-level employees are treated like 8 year old children. They actually told people they were going to the bathroom too frequently. There is very little training and guidance when starting out.
