Pros

Health benefits. Modern working locations.

Cons

Lacking training, structured review and training system. lays off senior, long time employees with longevity in favor of cheaper out of the USA employees. Most senior managers, employees have been let go, no longer working there. Does not welcome longevity, experience but more the bottom line.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Even though I was mostly left on my own to fend for myself, I've learned a lot.

Cons

Even though they kept telling me about how important the customer was, it was about billable hours without much focus on customer service. Middle management changed above me quite often. The bar was raised on revenue goals frequently which made it difficult to earn a bonus.

Pros

Flexible work schedules to suit your family life. I know several people who only work 4 day work weeks. Very little "politicing" taking place, at least that I am exposed to. People all get along and do their work, and don't worry about who is doing what, who did what, who was promoted, etc.

Cons

I find one of the problems which I am exposed to in the company, is some divisions don't talk or respect the opinion of some of the other groups, especially where the divisions are located in different geographic locations.
